I’ve been producing and directing since I was eight years old. Back then, it was backyard plays and highly interpretive karaoke musicals. (Critics were harsh, but lemonade sales were brisk.) These days, the stages are bigger, the audiences broader, and the stakes higher—but the core remains the same: creating transformative experiences that delight, connect, and resonate.
